Power Integrations, Inc. (Nasdaq: POWI) has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Julie Currie as chief people and transformation officer. In her new role, Ms. Currie will oversee the company’s people strategy, covering areas such as talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, organisational design, workplace culture and wider enterprise transformation.
Ms. Currie joins the company with more than 25 years of international experience in driving organisational change within the technology sector. Before taking up the position at Power Integrations, she served as chief people officer at GRAIL Biotech and Amplitude, and has also held senior roles at Sony PlayStation, AMD and Western Digital. She holds a BA in management and economics from the University of Guelph, along with executive MBA coursework and a certificate in AI Strategy for Business Transformation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
