Rest has launched Me.No.Pause, a new cultural movement celebrating women navigating perimenopause and menopause, with the initiative designed to encourage women to share their experiences and challenge the idea that this stage of life should put everything on hold.
The award-winning bedding brand has partnered with actress and Rest Sleep Wellness Advocate Drew Barrymore, who will lead the initiative and invite women to reclaim their sleep. The movement will bring together personal stories, anecdotes and helpful tips around the highs and lows of perimenopause and menopause.
Me.No.Pause builds on Rest’s existing focus on sleep challenges associated with perimenopause and menopause. The company first introduced its Evercool collection in 2022, specifically addressing the need for temperature regulation and comfortable sleep.
“Sleep is the key ingredient that keeps everyone going, especially women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and that’s exactly what Evercool® makes possible for hot sleepers,” said Andy Nguyen, CEO and Co-Founder of Rest®. “Through Me.No.Pause, we’re deepening our commitment to women and shifting the conversation around perimenopause and menopause into one that celebrates, supports and empowers them on their journey.”
As part of the initiative, Rest is launching a dedicated Me.No.Pause landing page featuring community-driven collaborations, giveaways, resources and opportunities for women to share their personal experiences.
The brand said that while Me.No.Pause focuses on women experiencing sleep challenges during perimenopause and menopause, Rest remains committed to providing personalised comfort solutions for all individuals.
Drew Barrymore said: “Sleep changes during perimenopause and menopause are real, but that doesn’t mean life has to stop. What I love about Me.No.Pause is that it speaks to something so many women are going through but don’t always feel they can talk about openly, and I’m proud to be part of a movement that helps women feel seen, supported and less alone in it.”
To mark the campaign, Rest is also releasing the Drew Barrymore x Rest Evercool Eye Mask, a limited-edition collaboration featuring a blue and ivory floral design. The eye mask uses Rest’s Evercool fabric, which the company says provides temperature-regulating and moisture-wicking properties.
The Me.No.Pause campaign will officially begin on 1 October, coinciding with Menopause Awareness Month, and will continue through additional partnerships and storytelling initiatives.
Through Me.No.Pause, Rest is positioning sleep as part of the wider conversation around women’s wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause, while encouraging women to continue living fully throughout the transition.
