Leading European online fashion and leisure retailer, Zalando today celebrates their exclusive long-term partnership with Diane von Furstenberg with a new designer campaign. In the ad, Diane talks about how she uses fashion to be the woman she wants to be with global models Grace Elizabeth, Arnelle Shaniqua, and mother-daughter pair Gaia and Cecile Orgeas.

The female-led creative campaign aims to instill confidence in the upcoming generation of female innovators and game changers by capturing the iconic essence of Diane and the values of the DVF woman. The ad emphasises how Zalando’s mission of empowering and encouraging customers to feel confident in their particular style is in line with DVF’s well-known heritage and longstanding brand focus of supporting women through fashion.

Diane von Furstenberg says: “For decades, I have designed to make women feel confident! Zalando shares that vision, making them an ideal partner for reaching a new generation of women.”

Through Zalando’s digital innovation and modern narrative, DVF will be able to reconnect with the brand’s iconic styles and reconnect with the next generation of designer consumers thanks to their long-term cooperation.  As a result of the partnership, Zalando will be the only retailer of DVF in Europe. In addition to dvf.com and the DVF Brussels boutique, Zalando will exclusively carry a wide range of DVF designs, including the renowned wrap dress, in all 25 of its markets.

Lena-Sophie Röper, Vice President Designer at Zalando says, “Diane von Furstenberg is a true fashion icon and industry pioneer. She has consistently empowered women to feel confident in themselves and the clothes they wear. The new campaign really brings together our shared values and how we want customers to feel inspired in their own personal style. We are thrilled to be on this journey together with Diane, building an inspiring and elevated assortment and innovative shopping experience for the next generation of designer customers”
