Handy’s promotion marks a significant step in the company’s strategic direction, reinforcing its commitment to internal advancement and unified commercial performance. In her expanded role, she will continue to oversee key enterprise functions, sales, national sales, marketing, revenue management, and ecommerce, ensuring all commercial efforts align under a single strategy that drives profitability and operational strength.

Since joining Aimbridge in 2021, Handy has played a central role in developing and executing a cohesive commercial strategy. Before joining Aimbridge, Handy held senior commercial leadership roles at PRISM Hotels & Resorts and Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where she built scalable systems and guided high-performing teams for more than a decade. She is known throughout the industry for her ability to unlock revenue growth and mentor emerging talent.
