Orange Jordan has teamed up with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship to spotlight women’s role in business innovation, hosting the “Women in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem” event as part of the “Incubation to Reach MVP” programme. The initiative, launched under the ministry’s General Entrepreneurship Policy projects, aims to accelerate women’s participation in Jordan’s growing startup sector.
Held at the Orange Innovation Hub, the event brought together public and private sector leaders, investors, and female founders to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore opportunities for women-led enterprises. Panel discussions and workshops focused on key challenges facing female entrepreneurs, as well as leadership strategies, risk-taking, and building resilient, high-impact businesses.
Orange Jordan reiterated its commitment to supporting women throughout their entrepreneurial journey, highlighting the importance of partnerships and dedicated programmes in driving inclusive economic growth. The company said the initiative reflects its ongoing work to build an ecosystem where women can launch and scale businesses that contribute meaningfully to Jordan’s development.
The collaboration also reflects wider national efforts to strengthen entrepreneurship, enhance innovation, and position women as drivers of sustainable economic progress across strategic sectors.
