OPTIMA, an international consultancy specialising in facility management (FM) solutions, has announced a strategic alliance with FMTECH, a Public Investment Fund (PIF)-backed company and one of Saudi Arabia’s leading FM providers.
The partnership will focus on delivering integrated, technology-led FM services across the Kingdom, aligning closely with the country’s Vision 2030 transformation agenda.
By combining OPTIMA’s expertise in FM strategy, digital planning, and data-driven operations with FMTECH’s national reach and ISO-certified systems, the collaboration aims to change how facilities are run in Saudi Arabia. The two companies say the model will connect strategy, implementation, and innovation to create long-term value for clients and communities.
“OPTIMA brings the strategic planning, digital insight, and data-driven FM expertise needed to help scale and elevate delivery across the Kingdom,” said Dani Ghandour, Managing Director at OPTIMA. “Partnering with FMTECH, a highly successful organisation with significant operational reach, enables us, as a combined team, to offer truly integrated solutions that align with the ambitions of Vision 2030.”
The alliance is set to play a major role in strengthening Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure with a range of services, including operations and maintenance, utilities and energy management, waste management, and FM consultancy.
Eng. Marwan Bouez, Acting CEO of FMTECH, said: “This partnership represents a significant step towards building a global facilities management ecosystem that aligns with local market requirements. It leverages distinguished international expertise along with national implementation capabilities. We are committed to establishing an integrated platform capable of addressing current project challenges and future aspirations, which are in line with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.”
