Bell joins L’Oréal Paris as the brand looks to present a more contemporary expression of its long-standing message around confidence, self-worth and individuality. The partnership will see her feature in campaigns across the brand’s beauty portfolio, beginning with Age Perfect Cell Renewal Midnight Cream.

Known for her work as an actress and producer, including her role in Netflix’s Nobody Wants This, Bell brings a combination of humour, warmth and confidence that L’Oréal Paris says reflects the direction of its latest campaign.

The new campaign takes a contemporary approach to the brand’s “You’re Worth It” platform, with Bell presenting confidence as something that comes from embracing the complexity of who you are rather than conforming to a particular idea of beauty.

For Bell, the partnership also carries a personal connection. In interviews surrounding the announcement, she has discussed how the L’Oréal Paris message influenced her understanding of beauty and self-expression, particularly the idea that women should feel free to explore different versions of themselves.

The actress has also spoken about encouraging her daughters to view beauty products as a form of creativity rather than something intended to conceal who they are.

Her appointment adds another high-profile name to L’Oréal Paris’ international ambassador line-up, which brings together women from entertainment, fashion and other creative fields to represent the brand across markets.

For L’Oréal Paris, Bell’s arrival comes as the brand continues to evolve how it communicates its message of self-worth to a new generation of consumers.

For Bell, the partnership adds a major global beauty role to an already wide-ranging career spanning acting, producing and advocacy.
