Zest Equity raises $4.3 million in pre-series A funding

Zest Equity, the leading digital infrastructure solutions platform for private market transactions founded in 2021, announced that it has raised $4.3 million in pre-series A funding from strategic investors. This was led by Prosus Ventures with participation from Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV).

Zest Equity’s goal is to remove friction from private market transactions. They have a vision to become the go-to trusted platform for clients to design and select the tools they need to execute complex transactions with ease. Zest Equity offers solutions for various types of asset classes and transactions.

The company has so far digitized the execution of more than $155 million in transaction value across 115+ pre-agreed deals.

Strategic Deployment of Funds.

The purpose of the funding is to improve presence in KSA and UAE, acquire specialized talent, develop new products, and build technology infrastructure to support growing volumes and types of transactions.
