RHC and Jordanian Emirati Business Women Council meet to strengthen economic ties

Amal Al-Haddabi, chairwoman of the Jordanian Emirati Business Women Council, along with fellow board members, held a meeting with Yousef Issawi, head of the Royal Hashemite Court (RHC). The discussion centred on enhancing cooperation between businesswomen in the UAE and Jordan.

Issawi praised the enduring and historic relationship between the two nations, nurtured by His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He highlighted the close collaboration between Jordan and the UAE, particularly in social and economic sectors.

Issawi highlighted the remarkable progress Jordanian women have achieved across multiple sectors, crediting their advancement to the comprehensive reform vision of His Majesty the King. He reaffirmed the Royal Court’s dedication to supporting impactful initiatives and providing all necessary assistance to ensure the council’s success.

Amal Al-Haddabi outlined the Council’s strategy to deepen cooperation, especially in innovation-driven sectors such as technology and artificial intelligence. She noted a shift in focus from simply empowering women to enable them to take on substantial economic roles.

She noted that the Council remains dedicated to supporting emerging enterprises, increasing female participation in the private sector, and building a business landscape that is inclusive, sustainable, and focused on long-term growth.

The meeting concluded on a positive note, with Al-Haddabi and the Council members extending their best wishes for continued growth and prosperity to Jordan. They also congratulated His Majesty King Abdullah II and the Jordanian people on the occasion of their Independence Day.
