Personalised nutrition firm GenoPalate and mental health care provider Mamaya Health have formed a strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to construct a comprehensive self-care framework for women by bridging psychological therapy with biological nutritional guidance. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, GenoPalate specialises in converting biological data into actionable dietary advice, whilst Mamaya Health focuses on evidence-based therapy for families and women across various life stages.

The joint initiative will address an array of health challenges that women experience during major physiological and emotional transitions. These include depression, trauma, anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum mental health, perimenopause and menopause. Lifestyle choices, emotional well-being, dietary patterns, hormonal shifts and family duties frequently influence stress management and mental wellness.

To tackle these issues collectively, therapists from Mamaya Health will collaborate with registered dietitians from GenoPalate. The two companies plan to introduce direct referral pathways between their organisations to ensure members receive targeted attention when additional assistance is required.

“Women are carrying more than ever, and their care should reflect the full picture of what they are navigating,” said Amy Green, Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder of Mamaya Health. “This partnership allows us to expand the support available to women by connecting therapy with personalized nutrition guidance, helping them feel more seen, supported, and equipped through life’s most challenging transitions.”

Beyond member cross-referrals, the organisations plan to design co-led wellness initiatives tailored specifically to women’s health needs. These joint educational courses will focus primarily on postpartum wellness, stress management and perimenopause, where physical diet and psychological health are intricately linked.

“At GenoPalate, we believe personalized wellness must go beyond data and recommendations. It must include the human support needed to turn insight into meaningful change,” said Dr. Asif Naseem, CEO of GenoPalate. “By partnering with Mamaya Health, we can help create a more complete support model that connects nutrition, mental wellness, and expert guidance in a way that feels practical, personal, and actionable.”

The overall objective of the venture remains focused on creating a self-care experience that is highly personalised, unified and straightforward to access for women monitoring their physical and psychological demands.
