The Doha Exhibition & Convention Center is set to become the focal point of Qatar’s property sector this Sunday, as Cityscape Qatar 2025, the nation’s leading real estate exhibition, returns for its milestone 13th edition.
Running until October 14, the three-day event is expected to bring together over 15,000 investors, developers, government officials, and innovators, offering a platform to explore the latest opportunities and emerging trends shaping Qatar’s real estate market.
Held under the theme “Shaping the Future of Real Estate,” this year’s edition will combine high-profile project launches with actionable investment insights and the latest advancements in property technology. Organisers said the event is designed to provide attendees with exclusive access to new property portfolios, short-term opportunities, and policy and technology solutions that are redefining the industry across Qatar and the wider region.
According to the organisers, Cityscape Qatar 2025 is expected to be the most vibrant edition to date, featuring more than 70 prominent developers and an estimated QAR400 million in transactions over the course of the event. The strong momentum, they said, reflects growing investor confidence and signals a thriving market as the country moves into the final quarter of the year.
Among the headline participants is Al Waab City, one of Qatar’s most ambitious mixed-use projects, which will showcase its vision for integrated, sustainable urban living. Dr Abdullah Al Mahshadi, CEO of Al Waab City, will join the discussion panel on ‘New Destinations in Qatar: From Vision to Reality’ during the Real Estate Forum on Day Two.
With a diverse mix of exhibitors that includes master developers, brokers, and proptech innovators, the exhibition floor is positioned for an active exchange of deals and ideas. Attendees will have the chance to engage with major names such as Qatari Diar, Barwa Real Estate, Taameer Real Estate, and United Development Company (UDC), all presenting their flagship projects and highlighting the technologies shaping the future of real estate in Qatar.
The discussions will continue at the Qatar Real Estate Forum, powered by Cityscape, on Day Three. The forum will feature an expert panel on urban transformation and regional property trends, followed by a WIRE (Women in Real Estate) session focusing on “how to create human-centric spaces that inspire and connect communities.”
Adding a new dimension to this year’s show, V Marine joins as the exclusive Marine Sponsor. The company will host a session on luxury waterfront living and investment, described by organisers as one of the standout highlights of the opening day, an unmissable event for those interested in high-end coastal developments.
Meanwhile, Deus X Pay, the Official Digital Payments Partner of Cityscape Qatar 2025, will deliver fintech-focused insights at the Qatar Real Estate Forum (Aqarat Forum). CEO Richard Crook will lead a keynote address titled “Real estate, real-time: Cross-border property payments with stablecoins” on Day Three, which is expected to offer a forward-looking view on how digital assets are transforming global property transactions.
Qetaifan Projects has been named a Diamond Sponsor for the event. The company’s flagship development, Qetaifan Island North, will take centre stage, featuring collaborations with leading international partners. The project aims to position the island as Qatar’s most prestigious coastal destination. According to organisers, highlights will include Dar Global’s L’Horizon and Les Vagues by Elie Saab, JMJ’s The Grove by Zaha Hadid, Taameer’s Carlton House, and HBJ’s The Outlet Village. Together, these projects are said to set “new benchmarks for design, lifestyle, and exclusivity.”
Another Diamond Sponsor, New Murabba, will give visitors a first-hand look at Riyadh’s ambitious plan to build a new, technologically advanced downtown, inspired by Saudi Arabia’s cultural heritage. The project aims to create one of the world’s most innovative and liveable urban environments.
Robert Pearce, Executive Director and Head of Sales at New Murabba, will also participate in the event, delivering a session titled “Lessons from Creating Luxury Hotspots”, where he will share insights on redefining modern luxury through design innovation and bold urban concepts.
Al Waab City returns to Cityscape Qatar 2025 as a Platinum Sponsor, reaffirming its dedication to advancing sustainable real estate development in the country.
The event will also highlight the role of women in shaping the built environment through the WIRE panel discussion, “Designed to Thrive: Creating Human-Centric Spaces that Inspire & Connect.” The panel will feature Loulwa Al Thani, Head of Architecture at Qatari Diar, and will be moderated by Tracey Hunte, Country Director at Mace, Qatar. The session will explore how purposeful architectural design can enhance community well-being and promote meaningful human connections.
In addition, prospective investors, especially those entering Qatar’s property market for the first time, will be able to gain practical advice from Jeffery Asselstine of Nelson Park Property, who will provide insights on investment trends and key considerations for new buyers.
With its extensive lineup of global exhibitors, forward-looking discussions, and focus on innovation, Cityscape Qatar 2025 is set to reinforce Doha’s position as a leading real estate hub for regional and international investors alike.
