POV Beauty, the beauty brand co-founded by Mikayla Nogueira and Ani Hadjinian, has raised Series A funding led by consumer investment firm Silas Capital.

The investment also includes participation from RÉDO Capital and the brand’s existing investor, Imaginary Ventures. The financial terms of the funding round have not been disclosed.

The announcement follows POV Beauty’s nationwide launch at Sephora, marking an important stage in the company’s retail expansion.

Founded in 2025, POV Beauty focuses on skin preparation products designed to improve make-up application. Its portfolio includes products developed around the brand’s approach to preparing the skin before applying cosmetics.

The company plans to use the new investment to scale its operations, expand its team and strengthen its presence across retail and e-commerce channels.

Ani Hadjinian, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of POV Beauty, said the brand’s retail launch had demonstrated its potential to grow and that Silas Capital was the right partner to support its next stage of development.

Co-founder Mikayla Nogueira said the investment would allow the company to expand its product ecosystem and continue developing products for its community.

Nogueira built a significant following through beauty content and make-up tutorials, while Hadjinian brings experience from the beauty industry. Their partnership combines digital community engagement with product development and retail expertise.

Silas Capital said POV Beauty represents an opportunity to combine an established digital community with a portfolio of high-performance beauty products.

The funding comes as POV Beauty looks to build on its Sephora launch and expand its position in the competitive skin preparation and cosmetics market.
