Bluespring Wealth Partners has announced a new partnership with Coghill Investment Strategies, bringing the Pittsburgh-based wealth management firm into its national network of advisory businesses.

Through the transaction, Coghill Investment Strategies becomes part of Bluespring’s community of high-performing registered investment advisers and wealth management firms. Financial professionals at Coghill Investment Strategies currently manage approximately $600 million in assets under management.

Coghill Investment Strategies was founded in 2011 by Carrie Coghill, a 40-year industry veteran, alongside her two current partners, Michael Cooley and Shana Bielich. Cooley brings more than 30 years of experience to the firm, while Bielich has more than 25 years in the sector. The partnership is positioned as the latest step in strengthening the firm’s leadership and advisory capabilities.

The firm has built a reputation for a personalised approach to wealth management, with a focus on generational planning. Its services include tailored advice for business owners and executives, particularly around tax-efficient strategies, as well as support for individuals navigating significant life changes.

“For us, this partnership was about creating a structure that supports growth while preserving our culture and commitment to clients,” said Coghill. “When thinking about the future of our business, my partners and I were intentional about aligning with an organization that shares our values, provides strategic support, and creates opportunities for our team while ensuring top-tier service for the clients who have trusted us for decades.”

Beyond her advisory work, Coghill is a regular contributor to local and national media, including Barron’s and CNBC. She is also the author of several personal finance books, such as “What’s Your Investing IQ?” and “The Newlyweds’ Guide to Investing & Personal Finance.”

Coghill also holds board positions and advocacy roles. She serves on the Board of the Magee Women’s Research Institute & Foundation, which focuses on advancing women’s health research and fundraising. In addition, she introduced the national “Women on Boards” initiative to Pittsburgh, a campaign aimed at increasing female representation on corporate boards to 20% by 2020 and beyond.

Bluespring Wealth Partners welcomed the addition of the firm, highlighting alignment in values and long-term vision.

“We are excited to welcome Carrie and the entire Coghill team to Bluespring,” said Pradeep Jayaraman, President of Bluespring Wealth Partners. “Carrie and her team have built an exceptional firm defined by deep relationships, strong values, and intentional multi-generational leadership. Their focus on continuity and client outcomes aligns perfectly with how Bluespring measures success across our partner firms and we look forward to working with Carrie and her team to continue their legacy.”

The announcement follows a strong year for Bluespring in 2025, during which it reached more than $6 billion in assets under management. In 2026, the firm said it will continue to grow its advisory network by partnering with firms that share its long-term vision and client-first approach.

“Our goal is not to scale for scale’s sake,” Jayaraman added. “It is to partner with firms that have earned trust over decades and to help them extend their legacy while creating new opportunities for their people and clients.”
