In a strategic move aimed at supporting women in finance, Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) has announced a new partnership with AI firm Jump. The collaboration, revealed on July 16 to coincide with National AI Day, aims to equip women financial advisors with cutting-edge tools that streamline workflows and strengthen client relationships.
Jump, a leading provider of artificial intelligence solutions for financial advisors, will now offer its platform to WIFS-affiliated professionals. The AI-powered system automates critical tasks such as meeting preparation, notetaking, compliance documentation, CRM updates, and post-meeting follow-ups, reducing administrative burdens and allowing advisors to focus more time on serving clients.
“WIFS is proud to partner with Jump to bring meaningful innovation to our members,” said Sue Kuraja, president of WIFS. “Technology has the power to unlock more time and potential for women in financial services, and this collaboration reflects our commitment to equipping them with tools designed to help them lead and thrive.”
This initiative also addresses a growing need in the industry. Research indicates that 70% of heirs, most often women, change financial advisors after inheriting wealth. Jump’s AI platform analyzes thousands of advisor-client interactions to identify what makes wealth-transfer conversations effective, helping advisors build trust and retain clients through generational transitions.
“As we celebrate National AI Day, it’s an honor to work alongside WIFS to elevate women in financial services,” said Parker Ence, CEO and co-founder of Jump. “We believe technology should support – not replace – the human element of advice. That’s especially important in building a more inclusive future for our industry.”
Jump will also participate in the upcoming WIFS National Conference, where it will showcase how safe, compliant AI solutions can enhance advisor productivity and elevate client experiences.
Founded in 1936, WIFS has been a long-standing force in mentoring and advancing women in insurance and finance. This partnership with Jump reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to innovation, education, and empowering women in an evolving financial landscape.
