The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has brought back its successful Pay It Forward campaign, aimed at helping women at different stages of their careers in the collision repair industry. Thanks to the generosity of members and industry sponsors, WIN is offering a limited number of free one-year memberships to those who are new to the industry or not currently involved. This initiative is all about supporting female talent in a mostly male field by making it easier to access education, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities.

According to Cindy Reeves and Tricia Benz, co-chairs of the WIN Membership Pay It Forward Sub Committee, WIN offers education, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities to build critical skills for success in the collision repair market. This not only benefits the individual, but what they bring back to their organizations, and then assists the overall industry as well.”

For more information on how to support or participate in the WIN Pay It Forward campaign, Additional details about the Women’s Industry Network and its initiatives can be found at https://thewomensindustrynetwork.site-ym.com/page/Payitforward.
