Suzann Pettersen, one of the excellent female golfers of all time, has launched her own women’s sporting talent management agency, VOXA. Suzann Pettersen, who won two Major championships, 15 LPGA Tour titles, and captained the European Solheim Cup team twice, decided to retire from professional golf in 2019. She wanted to spend more time with her young family and continue mentoring other players.

Since retiring from professional golf, Suzann Pettersen has focused on creating a more inclusive and sustainable future for women’s golf. She teamed up with the well-known sports agency 54 to launch VOXA. Through this initiative, the LPGA legend aims to continue shaping the sport and provide future stars with the resources and support they need to succeed.

“Throughout my career, I’ve always wondered how I could make an even bigger impact,” she said. “Playing at the highest level needs not just talent but also a good support system. That’s why VOXA exists—to ensure every athlete gets the support they need to achieve great things.”

She added: “This isn’t about management or representation, it’s about empowerment. It’s about time there was a dedicated family for the incredible women in sports. At VOXA, we focus on the individual: their goals, their voice, and their vision – not just what happens on the course, on the track or on the pitch, but their dreams for the future. This is personal for me, and I’m determined to build something extraordinary.”

Ruoning Yin, currently ranked world no.3, said: “Joining VOXA feels like becoming part of a family that cares about me as an individual. It’s a really unique team, one that truly aligns with my goals for the future. The fact that Suzann is leading this gives me so much confidence. She’s a legend I grew up idolising, and to now have her in my corner feels like a dream come true.”
