Peloton, the global connected fitness company, has announced a pioneering partnership with Respin Health, a platform specialising in personalised menopause care, aimed at reshaping the conversation around women’s health during perimenopause and menopause.

The collaboration will see the two brands work together on a dedicated fitness content offering, community initiatives to empower women, and one of the first large-scale research projects exploring how exercise can help alleviate menopause-related symptoms. The initiative seeks to deliver science-backed solutions and raise awareness about a life stage that is often under-discussed.

The partnership will roll out in two key phases. From October, Peloton and Respin Health will recruit 500 Peloton members to participate in the ‘PRESS’ (Peloton/Respin Exercise & Symptoms Study), a research project that will run through December. Participants will gain free access to a curated set of Peloton workouts developed alongside Respin Health’s menopause care programme, which uses clinically informed, evidence-based protocols to address common symptoms such as mood swings, disrupted sleep, and changes in energy levels.

Findings from the PRESS study will be released in January 2026 and will inform the next phase of the collaboration, the launch of the Peloton x Respin Menopause Care Program. This new initiative will offer women ongoing access to tailored exercise programmes and menopause support on a wider scale.

The partnership also marks Peloton’s first-ever collection of classes designed specifically for menopausal women. The eight-week programme will include a selection of existing Peloton workouts as well as new sessions created with Respin. Classes will be led by Peloton instructors Christine D’Ercole, Susie Chan, Joslyn Thompson Rule and Charlotte Weidenbach.

To help participants connect and share experiences, Peloton will create a dedicated “Menopause Health” group using its Teams feature on the Peloton App.

“Our primary goal at Peloton is improving Member outcomes around fitness, strength, longevity and happiness,” said Peter Stern, CEO Peloton. “Over the past year since I joined Peloton, I have heard from so many of our Members, including people in my own life, about the need for greater support during menopause. By partnering with Respin, we are taking an important step in supporting our Members through every phase of their wellness journey – helping them find community, build strength and feel great.”

“We’re getting more and more science about what works for women in perimenopause and menopause, that’s amazing, but we need to take what we’ve learned to the streets and show how it actually works in our busy, messy, imperfect lives,” said Halle Berry, Founder, Respin Health. “That’s why we created this program with Peloton, the perfect partner to help us unlock the power of movement in menopause.”

The launch coincides with World Menopause Awareness Month and aligns with the International Menopause Society’s 2025 theme, “Lifestyle as Medicine.” The collaboration aims to make menopause health a mainstream conversation while delivering practical, research-based support for women navigating this important stage of life.
