Myntra Global launches in Singapore, now set to make Indian fashion accessible to diaspora

Indian fashion e-commerce giant Myntra has launched its new cross-border platform, Myntra Global, setting its sights on Singapore in a move to bring curated Indian fashion to the country’s sizeable Indian diaspora, estimated at around 650,000 people.

The platform will offer a wide selection of trendy, India-rooted styles while ensuring a smooth and convenient shopping journey for customers. As part of its wider international growth ambitions, the move aims to open Myntra to fresh consumer groups and grow its global brand presence over time.

Myntra has already seen considerable interest from Singapore, with approximately 30,000 users from the country visiting its main platform organically. Capitalising on this demand, the company is introducing around 35,000 styles from nearly 100 Indian brands spanning fashion, footwear, homeware and accessories.

Popular Indian brands such as Aurelia, Global Desi, AND, Libas, Rustorange, Mochi, W, The Label Life, House of Pataudi, Chumbak, Anouk, Bombay Dyeing, Rare Rabbit and Nasher Miles are now available to shoppers in Singapore. The company says this expansion will help Indian fashion labels reach new global markets, aligning with the Indian government’s drive to promote ‘Made-in-India’ products internationally.

We will also continue to build and scale the platform to cater to Singapore seamlessly, propelling the growth of our brand partners.”

Myntra will rely on its advanced technology infrastructure to deliver a streamlined online shopping experience through Myntra Global, which is available on mobile web and desktop. The company will use third-party cross-border logistics to deliver orders to Singapore customers within an average of 4–7 days.
