Lulus Fashion Lounge Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LVLU), a leading women’s fashion brand known for its attainable luxury, announced today that it has received approval to shift the listing of its common stock from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The transfer, approved by the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, will take effect at the start of business on June 10, 2025. The company confirmed that its common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “LVLU.”

The Nasdaq Capital Market, like the Global Market, is operated by Nasdaq and requires companies to meet financial and corporate governance standards. The change allows Lulus to remain a listed entity while continuing to meet its compliance obligations.
