Information Services Group (ISG), a global technology research and advisory firm focused on AI-driven solutions, has been recognised as one of India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2025 by the Great Place To Work® Institute.
The recognition highlights the company’s continued commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment. ISG’s Center of Excellence in Bangalore, where more than 600 employees deliver essential services to clients, was among just 200 organisations in India to receive the accolade for excellence in people practices and building a “High Trust Culture.”
This marks another milestone for ISG India, which has been Great Place To Work Certified™ for six consecutive years, consistently delivering a positive employee experience that drives both engagement and growth.
To qualify for the Best Workplaces for Women list, organisations must have at least 10% of their workforce made up of women and achieve a minimum of 70% positive feedback from female employees in the Trust Index™ assessment, the proprietary research tool used by Great Place To Work to measure workplace culture and employee experience.
“We are honored to have earned our second certification as one of the best workplaces for women by the Great Place To Work Institute, the global authority on workplace culture,” said Michael P. Connors, chairman and CEO of ISG. “Nearly half our employees in India are women. Our firm and our clients have benefited in countless ways from their talent, innovation, achievements and ideas.”
ISG has been a vocal advocate for women’s advancement in the tech sector. In 2018, it launched the ISG Women in Digital community to provide a platform for sharing practical advice and innovative ideas on workplace diversity and progression. Its flagship ISG Women in Digital Awards continues to celebrate women’s achievements in technology, naming 536 global finalists in 2025 and announcing this year’s winners for Asia Pacific and India on 11 September. The community also hosts a LinkedIn page, a LinkedIn Live video series, and regular industry events for employees and the wider technology and business services ecosystem.
“Women at ISG are key leaders, researchers and advisors who help our clients achieve business excellence,” said Vishwakumar Nandagopal, chief business leader, ISG India operations. “We are delighted that our work to create an environment where women feel valued and inspired has been recognized with the Best Workplaces for Women certification.”
The Great Place To Work Institute has studied employee experience and organisational culture for over 30 years, surveying more than 100 million employees across 150 countries. Its certification programmes and Best Workplaces rankings enable companies to benchmark their people strategies and gain insights into workforce engagement and inclusion.
