Enova launches advanced AI-driven virtual assistant in partnership with Google Cloud

Enova, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim and Veolia and a prominent leader in energy and facilities management services in the region, has introduced its Artificial Intelligence Enova Virtual Assistant (AIEVA). This solution aims to improve the user experience for clients, job hunters, and vendors by addressing inquiries related to Enova.

Powered by Google Gemini, Google’s leading generative AI model, AIEVA is a product of collaboration with Hoplo, an Italian firm focused on AI solutions. This advanced technology gathers information from diverse sources, learns and evolves through user interactions, and smoothly incorporates new data. With support for multiple languages, AIEVA effectively handles queries and delivers accurate answers and recommendations to enhance service delivery.

Enova CEO, Renaud Capris, said, “The launch of AIEVA represents a significant milestone in Enova’s strategic vision to leverage advanced technologies for improved customer satisfaction. AIEVA will be included in Enova’s wide range of smart digital solutions for customer services, which includes Hubgrade, Enova virtual operations, the One Enova app, drone inspections, and virtual reality training.
