Healthcare technology firm DarioHealth Corp. has announced the expansion of its provider-backed cardiometabolic platform with the launch of Dario Women and Dario Sleep. The AI-driven programmes integrate digital tracking, behavioural coaching and access to licensed medical professionals to manage chronic conditions across enterprise clients.

The expansion comes as large health plans and employers move away from single-point solutions in favour of multi-condition platforms. Rollout to Fortune 500 clients is scheduled for autumn 2026. Recurring digital platform revenue per engaged member per month is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with additional clinical service revenues expected at the turn of the year into 2027.

“Dario continues to execute on our strategy of integrating provider-backed care throughout our expanding chronic condition platform,” said Erez Raphael, Chief Executive Officer of Dario. “Women’s health and sleep represent significant opportunities to improve cardiometabolic outcomes while expanding the value we deliver to employers, health plans and members. As we continue adding clinical capabilities to our platform, we strengthen our ability to support members throughout their healthcare journey while creating new opportunities to grow revenue through healthcare services that extend beyond digital engagement.”

Dario Women supports members through perimenopause and menopause, addressing metabolic changes, sleep disruption and weight management. Research shows one in three women develops metabolic syndrome during the menopause transition. Eligible participants can receive clinical evaluations for hormone replacement therapy based on medical assessments and regulatory guidelines.

Dario Sleep targets obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a condition linked to increased cardiometabolic risks and elevated medical expenses. Studies indicate untreated OSA patients generate 2.5 times higher annual healthcare costs, with cardiometabolic patients with OSA incurring an average of $6,185 more in annual medical fees. The programme allows users to complete a one-night home sleep test with diagnostic data transmitted directly to clinicians. Depending on results, providers can prescribe CPAP therapy, oral appliances, positional treatments or GLP-1 medications.

“Our goal is to connect members with the right care through one coordinated experience,” said Lara Dodo, Chief Operating Officer of Dario. “By integrating AI-powered engagement, behavioral coaching and provider-backed clinical care within one platform, we help members access appropriate treatment while giving employers and health plans a more comprehensive solution for managing interconnected chronic conditions.”

Enrolled members maintain access to Dario’s broader health platform, which covers diabetes, hypertension, weight management, posture and mental health services.
