Cigna Healthcare’s Global Health Benefits (GHB) business has partnered with Carrot Fertility to deliver a comprehensive, personalized program supporting fertility, family-building, and hormonal health for eligible GHB customers and their covered spouses/partners through every stage. This initiative is specifically designed for globally mobile employees and is available at no additional cost to those who qualify.

“Our collaboration with Carrot offers a holistic, personalized approach to help our globally mobile customers navigate fertility journeys from wherever they are in the world,” said Wendy Sherry, CEO, Global Health Benefits. “This program offers eligible GHB customers the information, expertise, and insights needed to support the full spectrum of their health and vitality through every fertility journey.”

Here’s how it works:

  • You get access to Carrot’s online platform, which is available in more than 20 languages, making it easy to use wherever you are in the world.
  • If you set up a care plan, you can connect with over 11,000 trusted providers, agencies, and attorneys in more than 170 countries.
  • You can chat as much as you need with experts like doulas, OB/GYNs, emotional support specialists, and menopause experts to get answers and guidance.

The service also gives you on-demand access to educational videos, articles, and guides to help you learn more and make informed decisions about your health and family-building journey.

“We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Global Health Benefits to deliver lifelong fertility support to their eligible globally mobile population, focused on improving access, experience, and outcomes for all who need it,” said Tammy Sun, Founder and CEO, Carrot. “This collaboration will bring critical services and support to more people ranging from preconception through menopause.”

With culturally appropriate support that takes into account different local conventions, the digital-first solution enables users to make educated health decisions wherever they are.  The GHB division of Cigna Healthcare provides benefits coverage to companies with employees that travel abroad.
