Layan Life by Anantara has revealed a new series of wellness retreats at the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. These programmes are tailored specifically for women and cover a broad spectrum of life stages. The offerings range from support for teenagers to specialised care for women navigating menopause or those in their later years.

The development responds to a rise in purpose-driven travel where groups of women such as mothers and daughters seek shared wellness experiences. While guests may travel together each participant follows a unique path based on their specific goals and age. These programmes utilise a mix of functional nutrition, therapeutic movement and traditional Thai medicine.

Jennifer Sanvictores, General Manager at Layan Life, highlighted the philosophy behind the new launch. “At Layan Life, we recognise that a woman’s wellbeing is never static,” says Sanvictores. “Our bodies, hormones and emotional landscapes evolve with time. These retreats honour every stage with understanding, scientific accuracy and genuine care — supporting women in ways that feel relevant, uplifting and deeply personal.”

Central to the new collection is the Longevity for Life programme. This retreat is designed to extend the healthy years of a guest’s life through regenerative practices. It includes IV therapy, wellbeing coaching and medical diagnostics to help restore vitality. Following this framework are two specific three-night options. The Medically Guided Women’s Longevity Retreat focuses on perimenopause and post-menopause support. It aims to help women maintain bone density and muscle strength during hormonal shifts.

The second option is a Holistic Women’s Wellness Retreat which was launched to coincide with Women’s Wellness Month in March. This journey is rooted in ancient Thai healing and is intended for those dealing with chronic stress, fatigue or sleep issues. It encourages guests to reconnect with their natural rhythms through mindful movement and restorative rituals.

Prices for these all-inclusive retreats begin at USD 1,000 per person per night based on double occupancy. The facility remains the flagship wellness destination for the Anantara brand and continues to integrate evidence-based medicine with local traditions. This expansion into female-focused longevity marks a significant addition to the resort’s existing health services.
