Alison Beddard, a highly respected commercial real estate executive with two decades of industry experience, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of CREW Network and the CREW Network Foundation, effective July 28, 2025.
A past president of CREW Network and active member of CREW Seattle, Beddard brings a deep understanding of the organization’s mission and community. She joins CREW Network following a 20-year career with Cushman & Wakefield, most recently serving as Managing Principal for Washington and Oregon. Her leadership at Cushman & Wakefield has been marked by strategic growth, talent recruitment, and regional expansion across the Pacific Northwest.
“CREW Network’s extraordinary growth in the last several years has not only transformed our reach, but it has also redefined what’s possible for women in commercial real estate,” Beddard said. “As we look to the future, I am deeply inspired to lead our 14,000+ members and 90 chapters in shaping a more inclusive, connected, and empowered industry—through thought leadership, career growth, and game-changing business opportunities that leave a lasting legacy in our communities and across the globe.”
“Having proudly served as global President of CREW Network, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible impact CREW has on women’s career trajectory. I am committed to our members’ success and creating positive change, enabling all women in the commercial real estate industry to succeed and grow. I am eager to collaborate with the board and our members to achieve these goals and push for progress.” she added
Beddard’s history with CREW dates back to 2008. She has held multiple leadership roles at the local and global levels, including her 2017 term as Global President, during which she led the network’s global expansion, supported the onboarding of a new CEO, and oversaw the relaunch of the CREWbiz online networking platform.
Her commitment to advancing women in real estate extends beyond CREW. At Cushman & Wakefield, she served as Chair of the Americas Leadership Council for the firm’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN). She has received numerous accolades recognizing her leadership and impact.
Beddard currently sits on the University of Washington Runstad Real Estate Advisory Board and the Executive Committee of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA). She is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has completed the Yale Women’s Executive Leadership Program.
Cindy MacMillan, 2025 CREW Network President and VP of Asset Management at Grosvenor, praised the appointment.
The CEO search was conducted by Korn Ferry and led by a committee of current and former CREW Network Presidents and Directors, chaired by Alyssa Dangler, CREW Network Past President.
Beddard succeeds Wendy Mann, who served as CEO for eight years before stepping down in late 2024. Alyson Reed served as Interim CEO from January to June 2025.
