Theresa Conroy joins Eastern Bank to lead commercial banking relationships

Eastern Bank announced the appointment of Theresa Conroy as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. Ms. Conroy offers regional and middle market businesses her twenty years of experience in commercial and industrial lending.

With a wealth of experience in commercial lending and a dedication to helping businesses, Ms. Conroy was most recently Senior Relationship Manager – Middle Market Division at Needham Bank. She has experience in commercial loan structuring, establishing enduring connections with customers, and providing customised finance options that support the long-term goals of the companies. Ms. Conroy has experience in a variety of commercial banking positions, such as business development, credit analysis, and portfolio management. She was Vice President, Relationship Manager – Regional Banking Division at TD Bank before joining Needham Bank. There, she offered full-service solutions to commercial banking clients in Greater Boston, including lending, cash management, deposits, and foreign exchange.

Ms. Conroy formerly worked for Santander Bank as a financial analyst, portfolio manager, and credit risk specialist. She has been involved in the community, having previously served on the Board of Directors for MassEcon and the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network. In addition, she frequently volunteers and spent twelve years as a community-based mentor with the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. Ms. Conroy graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science and Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a Master of Business Administration.
