Women Business Collaborative (WBC), the leading US alliance working to advance equal position, pay, and power for women in business, has confirmed details of its 2025 Action for Impact Summit, which will run virtually from 15 – 19 September.
The Summit, described as WBC’s flagship annual event, is expected to bring together senior voices from across business, finance, sport, technology, government, and the non-profit sector. The five-day programme will focus on key issues shaping the future of work, leadership, and equity, with sessions led by executives, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders from multiple industries.
“WBC is proud to convene bold leaders who are not only defining the future of business but also ensuring that equity, inclusion, and profitability go hand-in-hand,” said Gwen K. Young, CEO of WBC. “The Action for Impact Summit is more than a conference; it is a platform for driving measurable change.”
Among the highlights of the 2025 programme will be the release of the latest Women CEOs in America Report. This year’s study is set to examine the relationship between women’s participation in sport and success in business leadership, with a particular focus on how skills developed through athletics translate into executive-level achievement.
In addition, the agenda will feature a series of high-impact panels and discussions covering topics such as women in technology, equity in access to capital, leadership in sports and business, and the future of work.
The Summit is also expected to facilitate collaboration between leaders from Fortune 500 companies, early-stage innovators, investors, and advocacy organisations, all with a shared commitment to driving progress on gender equity in business.
Registration for the Action for Impact Summit 2025 is now open to anyone interested in shaping a more inclusive business landscape.
