T&Pm, one of the world’s foremost creative and media agencies, has confirmed that Victoria Appleby will take over as CEO for the UK branch in January 2025. Victoria arrives at the agency after an impressive career, most recently serving as Head of Sales at Channel 4, where she was responsible for managing all network agencies. Her time there helped cement her reputation as a forward-thinking, creative leader in the media industry.

With more than 20 years of experience across the advertising and media sectors, Victoria is no stranger to high-level leadership roles. Before Channel 4, she had significant stints at other major agencies, including EssenceMediacom and Wavemaker (previously known as MEC), where she built a strong track record of successful campaigns and creative solutions.

T&Pm’s Managing Partner, Jack Swayne, expressed his excitement about the appointment: “We are thrilled to welcome Victoria to T&Pm. Her exceptional leadership skills, combined with her passion for creativity and innovation, align perfectly with our vision for the future of the agency. Her experience at Channel 4, a beacon of creativity in media, and her previous experience within GroupM, speaks volumes about her ability to drive impactful results in a dynamic and evolving industry.”

Victoria herself shared her enthusiasm for the new role, stating: “I am incredibly excited to join T&Pm and lead the UK team at such a transformative time for the industry. T&Pm’s commitment to combining talent and technology to fuel brand growth is truly inspiring, and I look forward to working with the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. I also wanted to thank Channel 4. It has been my great privilege to be part of the wonderful team at the iconic broadcaster for the past three years and I wish them every success in the future.”

Her appointment to the UK CEO role is seen as a key move as T&Pm looks to strengthen its position in the market and continue to innovate across both the creative and media sectors. With Victoria’s extensive background and passion for creativity, the agency is poised to build on its success and lead the charge in an ever-evolving media landscape.

As T&Pm prepares for the transition in January 2025, Victoria’s leadership is expected to further enhance the agency’s reputation for combining cutting-edge technology with creative excellence, helping brands to grow in a competitive and rapidly changing world.
