Sodexo appoints Agnès Park as new Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Taking over the position on 1 July 2026, she will sit on the Global Executive Team and report directly to Chief Executive Thierry Delaporte.

Catering and facilities management giant Sodexo has confirmed the appointment of Agnès Park as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Park will officially assume her responsibilities on 1 July 2026. She will report directly to Sodexo Chief Executive Officer Thierry Delaporte and will also join the company’s Global Executive Team.

Park moves to the services business with extensive international corporate experience across several major sectors, including the automotive, pharmaceutical and technology life sciences industries. Throughout her professional career, she has prioritised creating and executing staff strategies designed to meet immediate corporate targets alongside long-term commercial goals. Her background includes leading large-scale corporate restructures to support expansion, building leadership programmes and deploying workforce planning models built on stable industrial relations.

Regarding her background, Agnès Park brings over 27 years of experience in human resources across a wide range of industries and international environments. She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Valeo, a global automotive company operating in 32 countries with over 100,000 employees. In this role, she was responsible for the Group’s human resources strategy, driving cultural and organisational transformation, and strengthening talent and leadership development.

Before her time at Valeo, Agnès Park held senior human resources leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and technology life sciences sectors, where she partnered with executive teams in complex, global organisations. Park is French and speaks English and Korean. She remains based in France.

The new human resources chief arrives at a crucial point for the multinational company as it handles a broader sector recovery. In her new global role, Park will take responsibility for overseeing personnel policy across the entire multinational footprint. Her primary tasks will include managing recruitment pipelines and refining the overall operational efficiency of the international workforce.
