Silah Gulf has marked Bahraini Women’s Day 2025 with a company-wide celebration recognising the contributions, leadership, and achievements of its female workforce. The national occasion, held this year under the theme “Bahraini Women: Excellence, Creativity, Innovation”, highlighted the organisation’s continued commitment to developing and supporting women professionals across its operations.

Women currently make up more than 48% of Silah Gulf’s workforce, with over 92% of them being Bahraini nationals. According to the company, women hold roles across Executive management as well as in IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
