LaunchBreak and Prospect HQ partner to boost career opportunities for women athletes

The program provides free employment resources, executive mentorship and professional networking to bridge the gap between athletic achievement and corporate leadership.

Career networking platforms LaunchBreak and Prospect HQ have confirmed a strategic alliance to improve career choices, professional networks and business options for female athletes. The joint venture brings together the talent network of LaunchBreak, which includes more than 2,700 university, professional and Olympic sports women, with the recruitment platform operated by Prospect HQ.

The primary goal of the initiative is to support sportswomen as they move into corporate employment, leadership positions and independent commercial startups. The service functions completely free of charge for job applicants. Through the deal, employers gain direct contact with a unique talent pool, while candidates receive access to business mentorship and specialized career paths.

The multi-layered agreement involves shared media channels, corporate events, digital experiences and structured face-to-face networking sessions. The alliance also arranges direct introductions between commercial hiring managers, senior executives and female sporting candidates. Both companies have updated their web portals to accept new registrations from sportswomen seeking to use these services.
