Kalibri has unveiled a new tool aimed at reshaping how hotels manage performance metrics and profitability. The newly introduced Profit Platform is positioned as the hospitality industry’s first solution that shifts focus from traditional revenue indicators to direct profit contribution and asset value growth.

The launch comes at a time when hotel owners and operators are contending with rising operational costs and narrowing profit margins. Kalibri’s Profit Platform combines transaction-level data with predictive AI, offering a clearer lens into where profitability lies beyond RevPAR and top-line numbers.

“At a time when the hospitality industry faces surging expenses and increasing complexity in targeting its business sources, the focus has to shift to getting the revenue that contributes most to profit,” said Cindy Estis Green, Kalibri Co-founder and CEO. “This is about helping hotels take back control of their performance and shift to a ProfitFirst™ strategy that aligns with owner priorities.”

The platform’s practical impact has already been demonstrated. One select-service hotel saw its asset value increase by $2.24 million and generated $179,000 in additional high-margin revenue after implementing the system’s targeted strategies and restructured resource allocations.

“Finally, a platform that speaks the owner’s language of flow-through and profit,” said Mark Carrier, President at B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. “Kalibri’s platform helps our management team spend time and funds on the business mix that yields the highest profit contribution. That means we grow our bottom line and our asset values.”

With budget planning for 2026 underway, the Profit Platform is gaining traction for its ability to align business decisions with financial outcomes. By pinpointing profitable business segments and projecting demand by rate category and booking channel, the system supports more accurate budgeting and resource deployment.

“As we head into budget season, hotel teams finally have a tool that aligns sales and marketing spend with profitability,” added Kristen Clark, President & COO of Kalibri.
