Faysal Bank, in partnership with CIRCLE, has introduced a new internship program to empower women

Faysal Bank Limited (FBL) and CIRCLE have partnered to introduce the Faysal Khud Mukhtar Internship Programme (FKIP), an innovative initiative designed to empower women in underserved communities across Pakistan.

Through its FKIP initiative, Faysal Bank has effectively trained and interned 40 women from marginalized communities, providing them with crucial skills for professional success. These women are now prepared to contribute to the national economy and attain financial independence.

President & CEO of Faysal Bank Yousaf Hussain said, “Empowering women is crucial for economic growth. Faysal Bank is dedicated to creating opportunities for women to become key contributors to our nation’s progress.”

Hussain recognized the significant impact of CIRCLE Women and conveyed his eagerness to maintain the collaboration. He said, “Together, we can make a significant impact on women’s lives and strengthen Pakistan’s economy.”

FKIP aligns with Faysal Bank’s commitment to ‘care, innovation, and sustainability’. The partnership with CIRCLE has integrated crucial technological skills with financial and social empowerment.
