Tracey Travis, the chief financial officer of Estee Lauder held the position for 12 years and will continue in her role for the upcoming year, retiring on June 30, 2025. A successor for the CFO role has been identified and will be named soon. Tracey will work closely with the incoming CFO to ensure a smooth transition and continued success for the company.

She played a crucial role in strengthening financial capabilities and enabling investments in innovation, digital transformation, global expansion, talent development, and strategic initiatives. Under her leadership, ELC’s finance organization evolved significantly, supporting brand growth and optimizing financial strategies.
