Dubai’s Dulsco Group, a prominent provider of People Solutions, Environmental Solutions, Talent Solutions, and Energy Recruitment Solutions, has announced the appointment of Fara Siddiqi as the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer.
Fara is a leader with over 20 years of experience in her field, contributing her extensive knowledge to Dulsco Group. She has held significant roles at multinational organizations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, including Aster DM Healthcare, GEMS Education, and Bank of America.
Fara has played crucial roles in guiding organizations through IPOs, strategic mergers, private equity investments, and restructurings. She is highly skilled at overseeing HR strategies at a board level, shaping cultures to facilitate business growth and transformation, and coaching executives in the C-suite.
At Dulsco Group, Fara is in charge of creating and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall business goals. Her extensive knowledge plays a crucial role in ensuring the future success of Dulsco Group by effectively working with the leadership team to incorporate a culture focused on continuous improvement, talent management, retention, and nationalization.
Fara, who is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, earned a BA from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. She also successfully finished the HR Management Professional Development Program at Rice University and the HR Executive Suite at Harvard Business School. She is part of the Women’s Angel Investor Network, where she provides mentorship and investments to female entrepreneurs in Middle Eastern businesses.
