A groundbreaking new app designed to help women succeed in the business world has been launched by Gemma Krysko, founder of the global communications agency We Are Indigo.

Krysko, an expert in music, culture, and hospitality, has unveiled Queens of Tomorrow, a cutting-edge platform that aims to empower women with the confidence, resilience, and skills necessary to thrive in demanding business environments.

Based in Manchester, Krysko is calling on businesses to invest in research that will not only foster female leadership but also promote personal growth and mental wellness. She sees the app as part of a larger movement to support women in their professional journeys.

In a letter to potential business partners, Krysko shared her vision, saying: “I’m writing to invite you to join an extraordinary opportunity to become a part of history—a modern suffragette movement from Manchester, advancing empowerment and self-belief for women through pioneering research.”

While the Queens of Tomorrow app is already available to the public, Krysko stresses that it’s more than just a tool. “Queens of Tomorrow is more than an app; it’s a movement,” she explained. “The platform equips women to break barriers and lead in business by combining peer support, expert guidance, and actionable tools. The app offers an inclusive space for members to share experiences, gain insights, and foster meaningful connections.”

The app is built around the concept of positive reinforcement. As Krysko puts it, “When you give yourself a positive command and act, you establish a neural pattern. Repeating this process over time disqualifies negative beliefs and reinforces positive behaviours. Eventually, these actions become automatic responses, allowing you to approach challenges with a mindset toward success.”

Available for just £6.99 per month, the app provides subscribers with access to a wide range of features, including in-person events held across Europe, a personalised behavioural reprogramming tool, a positive news feed to counteract doom-scrolling, a discussion forum, and opportunities for member-to-member networking.

Queens of Tomorrow is not just about promoting individual success but creating a community-driven movement that supports and uplifts women in business.
