Raffles Hospital, part of the Raffles Medical Group, has announced an exciting new partnership with AIA Singapore aimed at offering enhanced healthcare access for AIA policyholders. This collaboration will allow AIA’s members to take advantage of the hospital’s top-tier services and the wider Raffles ecosystem, which provides a wide range of health-related offerings.

From booking appointments to hospital stays, patients can expect smooth, coordinated care at Raffles Hospital. The hospital follows a unique group practice model where a team of specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals work closely together. This approach ensures that patients receive the most effective and evidence-based care, covering all aspects of their treatment, whether it’s consultation, admission, or discharge.

Raffles Medical Group is Singapore’s largest integrated private healthcare provider, offering comprehensive services that include preventive care, family medicine, specialist treatments, dental care, traditional Chinese medicine, and wellness services. One of the standout features of the group’s services is its advanced electronic medical records system. This system allows patients’ medical information to be easily shared among doctors, ensuring consistent and seamless care throughout their treatment journey.

Raffles Medical Group operates in 14 cities across five countries in Asia, with a growing network of more than 100 medical centres. Its facilities include general hospitals in Beijing, Chongqing, and Shanghai, and the network continues to expand across Singapore, China, Vietnam, Japan, and Cambodia, providing trusted healthcare services throughout the region.

Dr Kenneth Wu, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Healthcare at Raffles Medical Group, expressed his excitement about the partnership with AIA, highlighting that it would improve patient access to the comprehensive care offered at Raffles Hospital in Singapore. He explained: “We are delighted to partner AIA to improve access to quality care at RafflesHospital in Singapore. Our hospital offers the full range of specialist services combined with some of the most advanced medical technology and is also accredited for trauma care by MOH. We trust this collaboration will enhance our joint value proposition to meet the evolving healthcare needs of patients for the long term.”

Irma Hadikusuma, Chief Marketing and Healthcare Officer at AIA Singapore, also spoke about the importance of this collaboration. She said, “As Singapore’s population ages and demand for healthcare services increases, our priority remains to ensure that AIA policyholders continue to get prompt access to meet their medical and hospitalisation needs. AIA Singapore’s partnership with RafflesHospital will not only provide more options to our policyholders, but it will also allow us to leverage data analytics to further inform how we design solutions to best meet the needs of Singapore Residents. We are also confident that this collaboration will help to ensure the financial sustainability of our Integrated Shield Plan business and manage long-term healthcare inflation through value-driven care.”

For those seeking quality healthcare in the region, Raffles Hospital is at the forefront, offering a diverse range of services backed by cutting-edge medical technology and a team of experts committed to providing holistic care. With the new AIA partnership, patients can look forward to even more streamlined and accessible options for managing their health.
