Sincere Healthcare Group has announced a strategic integration with Landmark Medical Centre, a long-established healthcare provider in Johor Bahru, marking a significant development in its regional expansion across Singapore and Malaysia.

Under the agreement, Sincere holds a 51 percent stake in Landmark Medical Centre, which has been operating since 2005. The move is part of Sincere’s broader growth strategy aimed at expanding specialist-led services in reproductive health, fertility medicine, and women’s and men’s health across borders.

Both organisations share a history rooted in clinician-led care and ethical medical practice. Landmark Medical Centre was founded by Dr Robert Luk Tai Kong, whose leadership helped establish the centre’s reputation for patient-focused, specialist services. The organisation is now led by Dr Lucas Luk, Managing & Medical Director, who is overseeing its next stage of development.

Sincere Healthcare Group traces its clinical foundations to Prof Ng Soon Chye, a fertility specialist recognised for key contributions to Assisted Reproductive Technologies. Over time, the group has expanded into a multi-centre network offering services in gynaecology, andrology, robotic gynaecological surgery and colorectal surgery.

The integration positions Landmark as a key component within Sincere’s cross-border patient care pathway. Its location in Johor Bahru, alongside services at Sunway Grid Hub in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri, supports coordinated obstetrics, gynaecology and fertility care for patients moving between Singapore and Malaysia.
