The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has put forward Dana Strong, CBE, and Annabelle Yu Long as nominees for election to its Board of Directors at the firm’s annual meeting of stockholders, scheduled for 13 November 2025.

The pair are both seasoned executives with global reputations for steering high-profile organisations through periods of change, growth, and innovation. The company expressed that their addition reflects an ongoing commitment to shaping a board with expertise across digital innovation, business transformation, direct-to-consumer marketing, technology, and Asia/Pacific operations.

“We are pleased to nominate Dana and Annabelle for election to our Board,” said William P. Lauder, Chair of the Board of Directors, The Estée Lauder Companies. “We are confident that they will bring a distinct and highly relevant blend of global, digital, consumer innovation and business transformation experience. Combined, their deep expertise in turnaround leadership, media, consumer engagement, and the Asia/Pacific region will be instrumental as we continue to drive long-term growth, agility, and transformation across our portfolio.”

Ms. Strong’s international career has spanned the UK, Ireland, Australia and the US, and she has successfully navigated regulatory and cultural landscapes in each. She currently sits on The Wharton School of Business EMEA Advisory Board and has previously served on the board of Telenet Group.
