Axia Women’s Health has named Kyle Snook as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 16, 2025. The announcement marks a significant leadership transition for one of the nation’s largest independent women’s health groups. Snook takes over from Dr. Gaurov Dayal, who transitioned into a role on the Board of Directors earlier this year.

The company’s lead Board Director, Eileen Auen, emphasized the strategic nature of the appointment. “Kyle is an outstanding leader who brings a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability for independent physician practices,” shared Auen. “His deep technical experience and commitment to expanding access to care, especially for vulnerable populations, make him an excellent fit.”

Snook steps into his new role with a diverse and impressive background in healthcare leadership. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at PRISM Vision Group, a prominent ophthalmology administrative services organization with over 100 affiliated locations. He has also held senior executive positions at Strive Health and DaVita.

A graduate of West Point with a degree in engineering, Snook went on to earn his MBA from Harvard Business School. His leadership roots trace back to his service in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Combat Platoon Leader with the 101st Airborne Division and was awarded a Purple Heart for his service in Afghanistan.

Sujit John, Managing Director, Private Equity Health and Life at Partners Group, the majority investor in Axia, expressed confidence in the new appointment. “We’re thrilled to have Kyle leading Axia Women’s Health during this critical stage of growth. His leadership will be instrumental as we expand Axia’s reach and bring high-quality care to even more women across the country.”

In response to the announcement, Snook shared his enthusiasm about joining the organization. “I’m honored to join Axia, an organization with such a strong legacy of best-in-class women’s healthcare,” Mr. Snook said. “I’m looking forward to building on this foundation and working alongside our dedicated clinical and executive leadership team to further Axia’s growth.”
