Aurecon posts Louise Adams as New Group Chief Executive Officer

Aurecon announced that Louise Adams, the group’s present Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Group Chief Executive Officer, operative from July 1. Adams will make history as the first female Aurecon Group CEO, leading the company’s 7,500 employees over 31 locations, including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Greater China.

With 25 years of involvement in running and scheming civil and multi-disciplinary projects across the globe, Adams brings a lot of competence to the role. Her career spans work in the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Iran, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Singapore, Guyana, North America, Pakistan, Libya, and Qatar.

Adams conveyed her excitement for the new role and her vision for the future of Aurecon. “In today’s world, engineering is not just a means to an end – it’s a force for good.
