Bahrain’s national airline, Gulf Air, has unveiled an expanded partnership with Thai Airways, reinforcing its dedication to offering passengers seamless travel experiences across their joint networks. This improved agreement will enhance the range of destinations accessible to travelers from both airlines.
According to the agreement, Gulf Air will expand its network with 10 new destinations through Thai Airways, increasing the total codeshare routes to 14. Similarly, Thai Airways will add 6 new destinations through Gulf Air, bringing the total codeshare routes to 8, as stated by Gulf Air.
The increased collaboration will offer Gulf Air customers more options to reach various locations in Thailand, along with important cities across Asia and Australia that are connected by Thai Airways. It was mentioned that the codeshare flights will provide passengers from both airlines with smoother connections and a more convenient journey.
“Gulf Air customers will be able to book travel to additional cities in Thailand such as Chiang Mai, and Phuket, as well as destinations in countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia,” said a Gulf Air spokesperson.
