PepsiCo has confirmed the appointment of Alexia Horley as the new Chief Executive Officer for its Australia and New Zealand Foods division, effective 21 July 2025.

Currently serving as General Manager of Australia Foods at PepsiCo, Horley will take over from Kyle Faulconer, who is set to return to the United States for a new role as Senior Vice President, PepsiCo North America Commercial.

Commenting on the appointment, Anne Tse, CEO of APAC Foods at PepsiCo, said Horley is the right choice to lead the business in the region. “Alexia’s strong strategic mindset, relentless consumer focus and deep expertise in the ANZ retail landscape position her perfectly to lead the business forward. She’s a highly respected and dynamic leader and I’m looking forward partnering with her as we continue to build momentum and shape the future of ANZ Foods.”

Horley has been with PepsiCo since 2005 and has held several senior positions across the Asia Pacific. Her previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer for Australia Foods and General Manager for Beverages in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

During her time as General Manager of Australia Foods, she has been instrumental in driving innovation, expanding the company’s manufacturing operations, and spearheading investments in new multipack capabilities and a dedicated Red Rock Deli production line.

“I’m honoured to step into the role of CEO and excited to lead such a passionate and talented team,” said Horley. “I’m committed to building on our strong foundations and driving sustainable growth across every part of the ANZ Foods business and most importantly continue to deliver the best snacks to Aussie and Kiwi consumers under our iconic portfolio of brands.”

Stephan Anderson will continue in his current dual roles as GM ANZ Beverages and ANZ CFO.
