Midi Health, a virtual care clinic catering to midlife women, has announced a successful Series B funding round, raising a substantial $60 million. This latest investment, led by Emerson Collective, propels the company’s total funding to an impressive $100 million since its inception in 2021.

The funding round saw participation from a lineup of esteemed investors, including Google Ventures (GV), a major contributor in Midi Health’s previous funding endeavors. Notable additions to the investor pool include SemperVirens, Memorial Hermann, Felicis, Able Partners, Black Angel Group, Icon Ventures, Gingerbread Capital, G9, and Operator Collective, among others.

Midi Health, headquartered in California, is dedicated to bridging gaps in women’s healthcare, particularly focusing on personalized care for women navigating midlife hormonal changes and beyond. The company offers tailored care plans encompassing a spectrum of hormonal and non-hormonal medications, supplements, and lifestyle coaching support. Importantly, all services provided by Midi Health are fully covered by insurance and accessible through telehealth visits and round-the-clock messaging.

Joanna Strober, CEO and co-founder of Midi Health, expressed the company’s commitment to holistic care, stating, “Midi takes a multi-symptom, holistic approach to care designed to help women live their best, most productive and fulfilling lives—whether that involves medication, lifestyle coaching, natural supplements, or other support.”

The infusion of capital from the Series B funding will fuel Midi Health’s expansion initiatives, including broadening insurance coverage, recruiting and training an additional 150 clinicians by year-end, and diversifying service offerings. Moreover, the company aims to intensify advocacy efforts surrounding midlife women’s healthcare and scale its operations to serve over one million women annually by 2029.

Noteworthy collaborations mark Midi Health’s recent endeavors, including its partnership with the caregiving platform Cleo, further extending its footprint in the employer care space. With a steadfast commitment to comprehensive, personalized care, Midi Health is poised to redefine women’s healthcare beyond menopause, ushering in a new era of well-being and empowerment for women across generations.
