Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group has made history with the appointment of an all-female C-suite, marking a first in the business management and entertainment finance sectors. The move, led by CEO and Founder Lou Taylor, is aimed at driving the company’s next phase of growth while promoting equity and leadership diversity.

The new executive team includes Peggy Stephens as Chief Operating Officer, Heather Kinder as Chief of Staff, and Deedra Carroll as Chief Deputy Director. Collectively, they bring extensive experience in operational strategy, finance, and organisational leadership. In a sector where women hold fewer than 20 percent of executive roles nationally, this leadership structure is virtually unprecedented.

Lou Taylor said: “This is not an optics decision – it’s about excellence and equity. Peggy, Heather and Deedra embody the values that Tri Star was built upon: integrity, precision and service. Equity has been long overdue in our field, and this team is proof of what’s possible when fairness and opportunity are prioritized.”

The appointment highlights Tri Star’s commitment to serving high-profile entertainers, entrepreneurs, and multi-generational families. Under Peggy Stephens, the company has optimised operations and improved client service in its West Hollywood and Nashville offices. Heather Kinder has led strategic initiatives and internal culture improvements, while Deedra Carroll oversees operations, systems, risk management, and team development.

Heather Kinder added: “Equity is not just a goal here, it’s a practice that shapes how we lead and serve. Our leadership team reflects the values we live by – collaboration, integrity, and excellence. I could not be more proud to be one of the women leading an organization that is one of the most trusted firms in entertainment and finance.”

The announcement reinforces Tri Star’s long-standing reputation as a trusted multi-family office and signals a strong commitment to innovation, equity, and empowering women in leadership.
