Lemme, the wellness brand founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker, is moving into the performance nutrition market with the launch of its first creatine-based supplement aimed specifically at women.
The company announced on Thursday that it will introduce Lemme Creatine Body Toning Gummies, an NSF-certified product designed to support muscle strength, recovery and cognitive health. The gummies will be available exclusively through lemmelive.com from January 13.
Each serving contains 5g of micronized creatine monohydrate, alongside clinically studied AstraGin®, a ginseng-based compound intended to support nutrient absorption. Creatine is widely used in sports nutrition and has been extensively researched for its role in energy production, muscle performance and recovery.
According to Lemme, the product has been formulated with women in mind. Research indicates that women naturally store lower levels of creatine than men and often fall short of recommended intake levels through diet alone. This imbalance can affect strength, recovery and mental clarity. By offering a creatine supplement tailored for women, the brand says it aims to address a gap in the market.
