With effect from April 1, 2025, the Everen Group announced Karyn Peixoto’s promotion to the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, with a Bermuda office.
Karyn has played a key role in establishing the Group’s people strategies, creating a solid corporate culture, and spearheading efforts to draw in, nurture, and keep top talent since joining the Everen Group in December 2022 as VP HR & Administration.
With an emphasis on coordinating people strategies with the Group’s business objectives, collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to create and implement strategic initiatives, promoting employee engagement, and cultivating a high-performing workplace, Ms. Peixoto will continue to lead the organization’s HR function in her expanded role as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
