Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison has officially launched SheHacks 2025, reaffirming its commitment to women’s empowerment through technology-based solutions and innovation. The program has evolved from a corporate initiative into a nationwide movement focused on creating meaningful digital opportunities for Indonesian women.

Now in its sixth year, SheHacks has already sparked more than 30,000 ideas and digital solutions from women across the country. The latest edition, anchored by the #UnlockingShe campaign calls on government bodies, private sector players, communities, and individuals to collectively expand access and support for women in the digital space.

As part of its renewed vision, Indosat signed a Memorandum of Understanding with UN Women, along with strategic collaboration from the Australia Indonesia Institute and nine other key partners. This underscores the company’s long-term commitment to building an inclusive ecosystem where women are supported not just as participants but as leaders in technology and entrepreneurship.

Reski Damayanti, Chief Legal Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, emphasized the broader purpose behind the initiative.

“SheHacks is no longer just a program. It is now a movement—a movement to dismantle the barriers that prevent women from dreaming, creating, and leading. Through SheHacks 2025 and #UnlockingShe, we aim to build a broader and more inclusive space for women to innovate, empower each other, and drive real change. SheHacks is a space where women encourage each other, learn together, and grow into change-makers. We believe that Indonesia’s digital future can only be realized when everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute, including women.”

SheHacks 2025 aims to not only amplify women’s presence in the tech sector but also reshape the digital economy by making it more accessible and equitable. Through this initiative, Indosat continues to align its efforts with national and global agendas that advocate for gender equality in the digital world.
