She has served various managing roles from small businesses to large-scale corporations across markets including South Asia, Thailand, Brazil and South Africa. Her professionalism and strategic vision aligns with the NIVEA India’s objective of providing superior quality products to the customers.
Geetika Mehta has mastered leadership positions in her prior roles and has managed cross-functional teams significantly. She has contributed to the success and profitability of brands across her roles. Her prior professional journey includes Managing Director at Hershey India for 2.5 years and an illustrious 18-year period at Hindustan Unilever Limited.
Over a period of time she has made an outstanding contribution to the industry and been awarded with the accolades like – The Economic Times 40 Under Forty 2021, ET Prime Women Leadership DEI Ally of the Year 2023, IMPACT 50 Most Influential Women for women 2023.
