Bank Nizwa, the Sultanate of Oman’s leading Islamic bank, has announced the launch of its new ‘She Inspires’ campaign in honour of Omani Women’s Day. The initiative reflects the bank’s ongoing dedication to empowering women through innovative, Sharia-compliant financial products and services tailored to meet the evolving needs of modern Omani women.

The newly introduced ‘She Inspires’ bundle is designed to provide a comprehensive range of benefits that promote financial independence and sustainable wealth creation. Among its offerings is a free credit card for the first year, allowing for enhanced financial flexibility while remaining fully compliant with Islamic finance principles.

As part of the initiative, women who qualify under Bank Nizwa’s Priority Banking segment can also benefit from personalised home visits by a dedicated Relationship Manager. These visits are intended to provide bespoke financial advice and guidance, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support in managing their finances.

The ‘She Inspires’ bundle further includes exclusive home financing packages developed in collaboration with specialist real estate partners. These offers are aimed at enabling Omani women to achieve their home ownership ambitions more easily and with greater financial security.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Mohammed Al Ghassani, Chief Retail Banking Officer at Bank Nizwa, said: “At Bank Nizwa, we believe that every woman carries within her a source of inspiration and strength. Through the ‘She Inspires’ campaign, we aim to empower Omani women with financial solutions that elevate their ambitions, align with their aspirations, and support their journey toward a more stable and prosperous future – within a framework fully consistent with our Islamic values. The ‘She Inspires’ bundle reflects Bank Nizwa’s deep appreciation for the resilience and determination of women, as well as the vital role they play in the development of our nation.”

In addition to ‘She Inspires’, the bank has also introduced a new wellbeing initiative titled Tawazun, launched in collaboration with Lahunna Oman. This four-week programme has been created to enhance the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial wellbeing of Omani women. It features expert-led sessions covering a wide range of topics such as mental health in Islam, women’s physical wellbeing, marriage and family life, and financial literacy rooted in Islamic principles.

By unveiling both ‘She Inspires’ and Tawazun, Bank Nizwa continues to reinforce its position as a leader in purpose-driven, Sharia-compliant banking. The initiatives reflect the institution’s commitment to inclusive financial growth and its focus on empowering women to thrive in every aspect of their personal and professional lives.

Through these programmes, Bank Nizwa not only seeks to strengthen its relationship with its female customers but also to encourage greater financial confidence and wellbeing among women across Oman. The bank’s approach highlights its vision of inclusive banking—one that values empowerment, balance, and long-term prosperity in alignment with Islamic ethics and the diverse aspirations of Omani women.
